Item Details

A Victorian, cast brass pastry tool with a turned, hard wood handle. This is English and it dates from c.1860. The cast brass tool has a small wheel for cutting the rim of a pie to the side and a diamond shaped marker to the end. The wooden handle is possibly walnut. It is in excellent, usable condition.
Dimensions: Length 14.5cm. Diameter of handle 3.5cm. Diameter of wheel 2.5cm. Length of print 2.6cm.
