Item Details

An attractive, 19th century copper coffee pot. This is made from quite a heavy gauge of copper, has castellated seams and dates from c.1860. The flat, strap handle is attached by an unusual shaped terminal and there is a very small, urn shaped finial to the lid. There is minor denting to the copper, from use, and the tinning to the interior is worn and dark so the pot could no longer be used.
