An attractive, 19th century, sycamore breadboard. This is carved with the word “Bread" and what would have been a border of long leaves and flowers but this is now so worn that there is little of the design left. However, there is a lovely grain in the wood, which has a beautiful patina. It is in good condition with just the usual scratches to both the face and the reverse of the board form use.
