Item Details

A small, eighteenth century Wedgwood black basalt intaglio or seal. This is marked ”WEDGWOOD” and it dates from c.1780. It is also impressed with a pattern number “321”. The design shows a classical scene with five various figures. It is exceptionally finely modelled and it is in excellent condition.
Dimensions: Length 2.6cm. Width 2.2cm. Depth 0.25cm.
