Item Details

A Wedgwood, black basalt sugar bowl. This is marked “WEDGWOOD MADE IN ENGLAND” and it dates from c.1920. It is also impressed with a number “35”, which would be a batch number, and the individual letters “K” and “E”. It is decorated, in relief, with four different classical subject groups between anthemion. All of the reliefs are good quality and the bowl is in excellent condition.
Dimensions: Height 6cm. Diameter 11.1cm.
