Item Details

A Wedgwood, black basalt footed bowl. This is marked “WEDGWOOD MADE IN ENGLAND” and it dates from c.1920. It is also impressed with a number “5” and a letter “U”. It is relief decorated with a continuous band of classical figures, trees and foliage and to the rim is a very narrow band of oak leaves and acorns. It is in excellent condition.
Dimensions: Height 7.5cm. Diameter 14.4cm.
