A Wedgwood, dark blue, jasper dip portrait medallion of John Wesley. This is marked “WEDGWOOD ETRURIA” and it dates from c.1845. John Wesley was an English cleric, theologian and evangelist who led a revival in the Church of England known as Methodism. This portrait is well modelled and the plaque is in excellent condition.
