Item Details

An early 20th century, Wedgwood dark blue jasper dip vase. This is marked “WEDGWOOD MADE IN ENGLAND” and it dates from c.1920. It is also impressed with a letter “W” and a number “8” which relates to the height in inches. It is decorated, in white relief, with a band of Cupids holding onto a garland. To the neck is a border of laurel leaves and berries. The design and shape is one which is more commonly associated with the Dudsons pottery. The piece is in excellent condition.
