Item Details

A nineteenth century, Wedgwood pearlware mould with a bunch of asparagus to the base. This is impressed “WEDGWOOD” and it is also impressed with a number ”60” which is the pattern number. It dates from c.1820. The moulding of the design is very deep and well detailed. There is a very fine glaze crack to one end of the mould. This is visible on the interior but it does not go through to the exterior.
