Item Details

A Wedgwood yellow and black jasperware bud vase. This is marked “WEDGWOOD MADE IN ENGLAND” and it dates from c.1920. It is also impressed with a letter “E” and a cross. This colour combination is very attractive and was only produced in limited quantities. The white stoneware body is dipped in a matt yellow glaze and then decorated with four different reliefs in black jasper. To the neck of the vase is a stylised floral border. The piece is in excellent condition
