An English 1930's oak chest.


 


It had seen better days.


Covered in old white gloss paint.


Dishevelled rope handles.


 


We stripped off the old paint.


Painted it black with a hint of gilt.


Decorated it with fish decoupage and a stylish border.


 


It's now happy as.....
