A wonderful characterful Vintage French Charcuterie Chopping Block, crafted from Oak and Elm on raised sturdy legs. These Blocks were used in Butchers shops and Charcuteries across France in the 19th and early20th Centuries. With a beautifully time worn surface, rich patina and a solid honest construction this would make a superb decorative accent to any Kitchen, Pantry or Dining space working well as a small side table or display stand.
