A very elegant antique French mirror with a stunningly ornate roccoco crest, swirling detail on the shoulders and winding foliage down the sides, all picked out in white against a grey background. The decorative detail on this mirror is wonderful quality and the original glass plate is bevelled and foxed in places (which we've shown in the pictures). Great size and proportions - a really pretty mirror. c.1880.
