Item Details

A very sweet little Victorian style sterling silver frame with a blue velvet backing. Made by Douglas Pell Silverware, this has a very C19th look but is only 35 years old (London 1991) so is in wonderful condition with the original glass and clear hallmarks. Made to hang, there's a little loop on the top or it would look sweet leaning as part a of display of decorative pieces.
