Wonderful Little Vintage 1930s Oak Chest of 9 Drawers Found on our Lancashire buying trip, this one is a little beauty – smashing proportions with its flight of 9 drawers in that pleasing on the eye combi of 6 half drawers and 3 lower full drawers. Sitting on its bracket feet with a nice angle to the top edge we would assume a one off built, commission piece. It sits well and is in good order- no repairs, wobbles or sways. The 9 drawers, with their original little oak block handles are running well (we have waxed them). We have a number of bumps and knocks but nothing too stressful. Clean and ready to enjoy.
