6 Framed Animal Coloured Pictures Plates C1877 Sketches From Nature - N Europe & Lapland A rather delightful set of 6 framed plates from the Instructive Picture Book Sketches from Nature C1877. This set show animals from Northern Europe & Lapland which are exquisitely detailed and drawn showing the animals placed in their realistic and fascinating natural environment. The coloured plates are original, not copies and are each accompanied with a short text. This set includes images of Noble Hart, Siberian Fox, Wolves, Reindeer, Eider Duck, Bearded Vulture to name a few along with a variety of pine tree species. The plates have been simply mounted onto black card and enhanced with a black frame. A wonderful set of 6 scarce Victorian animal coloured plates. Please note we have further framed plates of animals in their specific environments from other continents. Marvellous for home or commercial use.
