Arts and Crafts Oak Open Armchair Desk Chair Good to see this one in oak - we’re not madly keen on mahogany ones - with its attractive form, possessing bags of character and style. We have left this one with its crackly and crusty leather seat and back in place, Mark our upholsterer is happy to replace it if required for £95 plus fabric/leather. The seat is currently firm and perfectly usable – it’s really about whatever floats your boat… English early 20th Century and well made with a good eye, with its shapely legs and little carved heart to the back.
As mentioned the chair sits firm with no movement in the frame or arms, just nice historic wear. A fine looking occasional chair c1910.
Dimensions - Overall: Height 104.5cm x Width 60cm x Depth 60cm Dimensions - Specifically the Seat: Height to Cushion Top 48cm x Width 50-36cm (Front-Rear) x Depth 44.5cm
