We would say early 20th Century around 1920 and of smaller proportions than some. We have alternate drawers either side and a lovely deep gadroon border of swirling reeds to the edge which gives way to a well grained top. As we mentioned, this one has numerous options when it comes to placing - a great looking desk, perfect as a center table, a good dressing table and maybe even good for the hall. It stands well with no wobbles or sways. The drawers are running smoothly and a gentle clean means we have ensured it is ready to place. The top does have the odd mark or two but nothing tragic.
