Vintage English Oak 2 Drawer Desk C.1930/40

Lovely well sized work desk with two drawers in the classic 1930/40s style with the retailer’s badge still in place to the front - Matthew and Son Liverpool. 

It sits well and in rather good condition with light marks but nothing nasty or off putting. As mentioned the style is classic British, well shaped oak legs, period shaped oak handles and a top slightly curved to its edges. A little bonus is that the legs detach for easier moving and placing.

A classic vintage piece of British office furniture possessing a pleasing glow.

When purchasing from us we include delivery in the purchase price which is based on a one person delivery for England and Wales. Please call or email for quotes to Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isles and for World-wide shipping. 

For any large items that require two people to lift the item, we ask that you are available at the time of delivery to be able to give our shipper a lift off the van and into your house with the item.  If you are not able to lift items yourself, we ask that you have someone on hand at the time of delivery to assist our shipper with moving the item. We are happy to quote for a two person delivery if required.
