Pair of Attractive Vintage Oak Glazed Bookcases C1930 Never easy to find – a matching pair of 1930s English oak 2 door glazed bookcases which are modest in design with attractive beading setting them off a treat. Both bookcases have three adjustable shelves, oddly the brass drop knobs are slightly different in design but not noticeable and of the age. The bookcases are slender in size and would fit well in a period home or a commercial space. The oak is of a pleasing tone with the odd mark or two – the top of one does have a short zig zag scratch only, noticeable from certain angles and not fresh. The original glass is crack and repair free. No keys at present however we will see what we can find that works but make no promises… An attractive pair of English glazed bookcases.
