Lots of lovely lignum bowling balls in stock.Lignum vitae is known as the densest wood traded. It’s name derives from the Latin “wood of life “ originally used to treat a variety of medical conditions. Because of the density of the wood, when these bowling bowls were turned they would spark and often caused a problem to the wood Turner.
