Turned Oak truncheon made around c1920.

This truncheon was not police issue, however it would have been carried by a soidier in the first world war as a hand weapon, often used in trenches in hand to hand war fare. It may have also been kept by a publican to keep behind the bar

In good condition.

Measuring 46cm long x 3cm wide at the widest point.
