A charming mid-century British landscape oil painting attributed to Owen Rowley, depicting a tranquil riverside with mature trees, colourful flower beds and calm reflective water beyond. The loose, painterly handling gives the work an impressionistic quality while retaining a strong sense of atmosphere and place.
