Item Description
A lovely French confit pot, originally used in the South of France in the late 1800’s, to preserve food.
They were partially buried in the cold ground and glazed midway to protect the terracotta.
This little one is a pretty sandy colour and looks like it should have belonged to Winnie-the-Pooh.
