Pretty little porcelain Duck on a woven basket as a nest, hatching her eggs


Finely painted body  in grey, pink, black and touches of yellow with a glazed basket


Traditionally used for coddling eggs (Eggs are coddled by submerging the eggs in their shells under boiling water inside the hen or duck until gently poached), this example for a single egg!
