https://www.thehoarde.com/dealers/greencore-designA reclaimed coffee table crafted from a single slab of Yorkstone, retaining its original patina and surface character. Natural mineral variation, subtle veining, fossilized inclusions, and a soft, naturally aged surface reflect decades of exposure and gentle wear, contributing to the piece’s provenance and visual depth.
The top is supported by two solid stone plinth feet. The surface presents a soft cream tone with delicate variation, giving the table a calm, natural presence. Chiselled edges and a gently weathered finish recall the stone’s architectural origin.
The plinth feet can be positioned in two orientations, allowing the height to be adjusted to approximately 53 cm or 38 cm, adaptable to different spatial settings and uses (see photos for height options).
Structurally sound, the table is composed of three separate pieces that can be arranged as required. For stability during placement, a light application of tile mortar or a thin bead of stone-safe sealant is recommended to bed the top to the bases if preferred.
Yorkstone is a Carboniferous sandstone — a sedimentary rock of quartz, mica, and feldspar quarried for centuries in West Yorkshire, England (with some sources in Lancashire). It is highly valued for its durability, subtle colour variation, and long history in British architecture.
