Item Details

An antique decorative cast iron floral radiator. C1900. A very useful bathroom / under window / niche size. Very carefully cleaned and polished retaining it's original paint and protected with best quality clear microcrystalline wax. Original wooden wheeled brass valve has also been retained and carefully restored (works and pressure tested and fitted with a 1/2" brass bush to connect to regular domestic pipework) The radiator has been flushed out and pressure tested. (A brass bush is also fitted to one end and has a 3/4" entry which would fit a larger lockshield valve. It could easily be further bushed to 1/2") A unique decorative and functional piece for someone ready to be installed. A rarity to find an antique radiator restored in it's original paint as it is usually far too much hard work... but occasionally i go to this trouble. Dimensions in inches/cms; 26"/66cm wide including valve. 17.5"/44.5cm tall. 10"/25.5cm deep.
