Item Description
A 19th Century French Armchair in Louis XVI style, with channel moulded walnut frame and feather filled loose seat cushion.
The chair is in solid condition with no loose joints. It has a few old repairs and some evidence of historic worm to the back stretcher but it is no longer present.
The fabric upholstery is somewhat grubby which could be improved with steam cleaning. I can arrange re-covering with my upholsterer and supply fabric if required - please get in touch for further details.
