Item Details

A mid 19th Century Nailsea latticino glass double gimmel flask, with pink and white pulled trailing 'feathered' enamel decoration and applied red glass rim.


Double gimmel flasks were blown in two parts which were then fused together. Two spirits could then be transported at one time.


Condition: Good condition other than a few very small chips around the base of the flask and some surface scratching commensurate with age.
