Exquisite painting particularly how Bandell has captured the beautiful sitter's fleshy tones and a much more free expression of the hair and shawl.
Eugenie Bandell (1863 - 1918) A well-listed German Artist known for their portraits and landscapes.
Circa late 19th / Early 20th Century.
Monogrammed EB to the lower right.
Oil on Stretched canvas.
The painting is in good condition, the only thing to point out is the outer edge where it must have sat within a frame at some stage which has left minor wear to the painting but not through to the canvas and no holes.
