Item Description

I bought this pair of vintage 1980s Christian Dior clip on earrings together with an Omega choker and though look really good together, am selling them separately as they are not of the same design.

Like the choker, they are also 1980s, and are high quality gold plated, with a central black cabachon surrounded by a chain link border. The cabachon may be Onyx as this is what CD used at that time. The plating is also likely 18K as again at this point they were using thick gold plating because even their costume jewellery was premium and they knew this investment would make their jewellery last well, and look amazing which they have and do.

I wore these for over 5 hours when I first purchased them as I wanted to know how comfortable or not they would be. I can definitely confirm they are very comfortable and easy to wear and I rarely wear clip on earring.

Condition: They are in very good original condition with slightly worn ear pads on the clasp, but I did not find them uncomfortable when I wore them for many hours to test such.

They are approx 3cm in diameter and weigh 20g each
