This Triang Tipper Truck is a lovely, large example of the  late '50s / early '60s era tin-plate toys. It's certainly been well used but in my opinion it looks so much better for it! It's lovely red and teal colours survive, though it's numerous dents and scrapes have allowed surface rust to leech through. This example is missing it's rear hatch but it is a kid's toy that's nearly 60 years old so what could you expect? All things considered, it's pretty straight, has all four wheels + tyres, the tipping mechanism still function and it has bundles of character.


The truck measures 46cm in length x 21cm high x 21cm wide and is a good size for filling a shelf - a lovely, cheerful piece of vintage decor.
