A lovely example of a rare piece of mid-century advertising. This Hercules bicycles poster dates to the 1950s and features a wonderfully detailed illustration of one of the Birmingham based manufacturer's steel-framed bicycles alongside a pin-up style lady.


This poster came from a closed down bicycle shop and as such was probably never displayed; saved from the usual fading, pinholes, creasing etc. There are some areas of discolouration (mainly vertical streaks near the upper middle) from storage but generally this is a well preserved, vibrant example that has been professionally framed and is ready to hang.


Including the frame it measures 79cm high x 54cm wide.
