This is an antique side cabinet. An English, ash two-door book cupboard, dating to the late Victorian period, circa 1880.


A handsome piece distinguished by its striking ash stocks and excellent practical capacity.
Striking use of select ash, presenting fine grain interest and warm caramel hues
Pair of field panel doors, the right-hand door hosting a brass drop pull

Door engraved with the furniture repository mark for White & Co of Shrewsbury, established 1870
