Antique Angus Swivel Desk Chair


A fabulous early 20th century antique oak swivel desk chair with brown leather seat. The chair has a lathe backrest with bentwood sides and is raised on a swivel mechanism base with four shaped out swept wooden legs on casters. Angus makers mark on swivel mechanism base.


William Angus designed and manufactured office and household furniture in the late 19th and early 20th century. Exhibiting at the 1922 British Industries Fair.


This is a stylish and practical chair which would look great in a study.
