Antique Brass Towel Rail


A reclaimed antique brass towel rail originating from a church in Wales where they were used on the end of pews to hold umbrellas.


The towel ring has a pair of fixing points to enable fixing to the wall. The towel ring hinges upwards from these fixings to enable the towel to be lifted on and off.


It makes a perfect hand towel rail for a bathroom or kitchen.

Circa: 1950s


Workshop Report: The towel ring is structurally sound, some age related markings to the metal in places, the metal has been waxed for future protection.


As with all our products, this product is an original vintage item so there are signs of wear from use.
