Antique French Coolie Milk Glass Kitchen Task Wall Light – Swan Neck – Frilly


An early French glass frill coolie light. The shade is hand made from opaque glass with a clear pleated rim. The antique shade has a brass gallery and been mounted onto a aged brass swan neck wall fitting.


These French shades have taken on many names over the years – ‘Pie Crust’ ‘Handkerchief’ ‘Frilly’

These are all hand made so dimensions can vary slightly,We have a good quantity of these in stock if multiples are required we will match them so they are all consistent in profile and size.

Workshop Report: The shade is in overall good condition with no chips or cracks. The light has been rewired with CE Certified B22 (bayonet) bulb holder and new CE certified flex.
As with all our products, This product is an original vintage item so there are signs of wear from use.
