Antique French Foot Stool

A pretty French foot stool with leaf pattern fabric and yellow braided trim. It is sprung with a horse hair filled cushion top which requires upholstery – previous layers of upholstery are evident. It has a hardwood frame raised on attractive turned legs. A lovely practical piece.

Origin: France

Workshop Report: Good structural frame condition. Wear to the fabric. The stool is usable as is but could benefit from being reupholstered.

As with all our products, this product is an original vintage item so there are signs of wear from use.
