Art Nouveau Cast Iron Door Panel
A stunning Art Nouveau cast iron panel, originally from a large doorway in a house in France. The decorative elements of the curving organic lines, stems and leaves are characteristics of the art nouveau style.
The panel has a lovely weathered patina.
This would make a stunning decorative piece for an interior or as a feature in a garden.
Origin: France
Circa: 1890-1910
Workshop Report: The screen is structurally sound. There is some wear to the metal base in places.
As with all our products, this product is an original vintage item so there are signs of wear from use.
