French Champagne Trug Antique Wooden Planter – J A grape collection trug from a French vineyard in the Champagne region of France. The trugs are solid wood with wooden carry handles. The trug is stamped with the vineyards initials. The trug would make an ideal toy box, laundry basket or large garden planter, great for olive trees. Origin: Cumières, France Circa: 1950s Workshop Report: The trug is in good structural condition. There is wear to the wood in places, some cracks as expected with years of heavy use.
