1950’s Giroflex Original Swivel Desk Chair - Sprung Seat. Trading since 1872 Giroflex were at the forefront of the technical development of office chairs. In 1926 they invented and patented the first ‘spring swivel’ system which has been a feature of their chairs since. The height is adjustable and locks with a simple cast lever. The chair has the beautiful original cast sprung base with the original comfort sprung seat. The seat, back and base are made from birch and solid Beech. The chair has been serviced and cleaned in our workshop and the mechanism is in full working order and running smoothly.
