1950’s Original Opaline UFO Wall Or Ceiling Lamp - Black Base. The wall mount tops are an original form of Bakelite (self insulated) and simply screw into the glass. Each lamp has been cleaned and restored. Given the unique nature of the wall mounts the original female bulb inserts are retained. The lamps are pre wired and PAT tested ready for connection. The lamp is fitted with a standard E27 threaded lamp holder for which a wide range of modern and vintage style filament bulbs are widely available. We do not currently sell bulbs and recommend LED bulbs 6W maximum. We are specialists in refurbishment of vintage lighting, please contact us with any questions regarding purchase or installation. The lamp is currently wired and fitted for UK and EU compliance. The lamp can be wired for compliance in the US or any global market. Listing is for one Lamp.
