1960’s Shallow Thorlux Enamelled Pendant Lamp – 16 inch.


Thorlux was one of the leading enamelled lamp producers in England, still trading to this day. In exceptional original condition, the gallery has been stripped brushed and sealed. The lamp has been cleaned and restored and all electrical components have been removed and replaced with modern European CE standard components to BS EN 60598. Each lamp is individually tested and labelled to BS EN 60598. INCLUDED: The lamp comes completely wired and ready to install including; 2 metres of chain for hanging the lamps, 2 metres of black silk covered electrical cable and a ceiling hook as shown. The lamp is fitted with a standard E27 threaded lamp holder for which a wide range of modern and vintage style filament bulbs are widely available. We do not currently sell bulbs and recommend LED bulbs 6W maximum. We can supply more than 2 metres of hanging cable/wire/chain etc. as required, please contact us separately to discuss.
