1960’s Two Door Large Mid Century Cabinet – Up Zavody. Superb practical piece of mid century storage by the Czech maker Up Zavody. Czech was a large producer of high quality mid century furniture following the surge of modernism originated by the Bauhaus school. The cabinet features a large practical single opening sealed with two doors, (internal dimensions 40L x 75W x various adjustable heights between shelves 15/16/18H etc) with two small suspended drawers. The whole cabinet is made in a mixture of sapele, oak and birch veneers, beautifully made and in exceptional condition. The cabinet sits on an oak frame. Our workshop has gently restored the cabinet and all doors open smoothly.
