An unusual beech-framed open armchair raised by turned fluted supports on their original casters. French, 19th century. Sturdy frame with old repairs and well sprung seat. Some cosmetic wear to the frame and loss to the carvings. Stripped back for recovering. 83 x 66 x 73 cm (32.7 x 26.0 x 28.7 ") Seat height: 36 cm (14.2 ")
