His favourite subjects were the Pyrenean landscapes, sifted by a calm and serene vision. His style is simple and balanced, both in composition and in colour, having masterfully interpreted the hours of peaceful calm and serenity of nature at rest. He also dedicated himself to artistic pedagogy.'
