This large and impressive mid-century Sicilian studio pottery vase, hand thrown and signed by the maker, Robert Gagliani has bold abstract decoration and strong decorative presence - it would be ideal as a floor-standing statement piece as it is 50 cms high.  The earthy palette and abstract banding and wave motifs make an unusual and desirable combination.
