À set of four fabulous Georgian Sheffield plate candlesticks attributed to Matthew Boulton 1728 - 1809. Fantastic quality Sheffield plate on copper, Neo-Classical with acanthus leaf chasing. Some of the silver has worn off, showing the copper underneath. Some wear conducive with the age of the candlesticks. The bases are shown without a felt base to show their age. This will be added to the bases.
