Item Details

A 19th century antique mahogany tilt top pillar table. The antique mahogany pillar table has a circular surface top, which is raised on a turned pedestal with a tripod base.

CONDITION REPORT:
In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks, scratches and splits to the surface top (pictured). There is further wear to the base, including marks and fading to the feet, and a small repair (pictured). There is evidence of historic woodworm, however this is now long gone and has been fully treated as a precaution. The antique mahogany pillar table remains structurally intact, however the tilt top mechanism doesn’t securely fix, making the table slightly wobbly when down, but overall still functional.
