A beautiful rustic antique wooden dough trough with an unusual hexagram carved on the handle.

The hexagram or Star of David is a sign of Judaism I believe or witchcraft.

This piece as most antiques has had worm which is treated, it comes from Germany and I am sure has a few stories to tell.

It has a great look and beautiful patina and colour and is a wonderful piece of kitchenalia. This could be before 19th century.
